I understand that.. ...
I understand that...I have seen some of her other ill-informed videos. One of her problems is she is always associating thrush as being a fungal disease, when infact, it is a bacterial disease, which are not the same.
She has obviously over the years listened to other ill-informed horse people instead of picking up a book.

Thrush is caused by an anaerobic bacteria, an organism that thrives in non-oxygen enviroments. It is mainly brought on by neglect(unclean stalls & and lack of foot care)

I notice you always ...
I notice you always mention fungus in a horses feet, but you never mention the most common of foot diseases, that being thrush. Thrush is not a fungus, but rather a bacteria.

Very few diseases of the foot will be fungal, if any. And yes, there is a difference between fungal and bacterial.
Fungal is a disease more associated with the skin or the respiratory tract of the horse.

Btw, im not a vet or anything, just a horse person like yourself. I just like to see you get it right, thats all.
